Shipping Policy — Five Words Teez, LLC DBA Foolay Legacy
Processing & Production Time All Foolay Legacy products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not ship to other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any other international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Transit Times Once your order ships, please allow:
- Contiguous United States: 3–5 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: 5–8 business days.
- Canada: 10–14 business days.
These transit times are in addition to the 2–4 business days required for processing and production.
Expedited Shipping We do not offer expedited or rush shipping at this time. All orders ship via standard shipping with tracking included.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to activate your tracking. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of shipment, contact us at support@foolaylegacy.com.
Shipping Delays Five Words Teez, LLC DBA Foolay Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Lost or Missing Packages If your package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.
